Partnering for Performance
CareAnyware partners with you on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal operating performance for the CareAnyware application and to ensure that the product supports and maximizes your workflow processes.
To this end, all clients are offered an initial "Advanced Process Review" approximately six months to a year after their initial implementation to ensure that the full breadth of the CareAnyware application and processes are in place and that workflow is efficient and consistent with best practices.
An "Annual Wellness Review" is available to existing agencies to see that the agency is at maximum performance using enhancements released during the year and achieving solid agency processes supported by CareAnyware.
Finally, because billing is a critical - yet highly complex area - we can provide "Interim Billing Support" if there are staff transitions or growth that require resources to keep billing moving while new processes and workflows are implemented.
The five day advanced process review is oriented to helping you obtain operational excellence using the CareAnyware system. Based on our experience from working with over 100 clients using the CAW system nationwide, CareAnyware experts will conduct an assessment of Agency workflows and processes through data analysis, on-site interviews, and observation. We will recommend best practice improvements that deliver results using the CareAnyware system.
The Advanced Process Review includes:
- Assessment of organization workflow and system processes
- Analysis of clinician visit documentation time
- Comparison of performance relative to other organizations
- Recommended improvements to improve operational efficiency and cash flow
- Recommended process changes
- Training on new features
- Targeted “refresher” training as needed
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Just like you take care of your personal health with an annual physical, CareAnyware’s Annual Wellness Review is designed as a one-day remote assessment of how effectively your organization is using the CareAnyware system. In addition to our assessment and the delivery of a findings report, CareAnyware will provide Webex-based consultation/training for your team to address one or two recommended areas of improvement related to your use of the CareAnyware solution
The scope of an Annual Wellness Review includes:
- A comprehensive on-line survey to provide information on usage of CAW system.
- Analysis of agency performance metrics over last 90 days against best-practice benchmarks.
- A Webex conference call to discuss the assessment findings, identify the top 2-3 potential areas improvement, and outline strategies to help implement recommendations.
- A two-hour training session related to the most critical areas of need identified during the assessment.
CareAnyware has experienced billing personnel that can provide billing support for your organization on a transitional basis. If you don’t have experienced billing personnel in your Agency, CareAnyware can also partner with you so that you can focus on expanding your business while we work to accelerate your cash flow and maximize collections. Using the power of a web-based application, CareAnyware staff can provide a wide range of billing services tailored to the specific needs of your Agency including:
- Processing claims and adjustments
- Posting remittances
- Providing month-end financial information for your accounting department
Inter-Agency Exchange
CareAnyware has worked with clients to encourage opportunities for inter-agency exchange of information and best practice. We provide support to regional (Northeast, Southeast) and National Users Group meetings. Based upon interest, we anticipate a Midwest Users Group will be formed in 2009. The most recent National Users Group meeting was held in March 2009.
