Implementation
Partnering for Long-Term Success
Signing a contract with CareAnyware is just the beginning of a long and productive partnership between our team and your organization. From the beginning of your implementation, CareAnyware works alongside your team to get your organization functioning quickly and productively using the CareAnyware application. Because CareAnyware offers our solution as an "on-demand" application, your web-based "software" can be live within as little as two weeks of beginning the implementation process.
We'll start a dialogue with your team, early-on in the implementation, to analyze current processes and plan for change management based on CareAnyware's knowledge of "what works" and best practices. The total implementation time to get the application up and running and then get your team productive is typically 90-days.
Our experienced implementation team at CareAnyware works hard to take the complexity out of the set-up process and keep your team focused on learning important daily tasks. We'll be there to lend a hand with many activities starting – from preparing your tablets or laptop hardware to helping to set-up payors for you. And all along the way, we conduct weekly project reviews that focus on active problem-solving and keep the organization on-track to gain the benefits of the CareAnyware system. And because we are deploying a web-based application, we can identify and monitor exactly where you might be having issues and pro-actively consult with your team to address these issues before they become problems or turn into delays. Overall, more than a month of CareAnyware expertise, resources, and time will be applied to help your organization successfully launch the CareAnyware solution.
Typical components of the implementation project include:
- Application Configuration - Initiating and configuring your CareAnyware website and helping to prepare the hardware to be used in the field.
- Project Management - Ongoing Preparatory planning, training and behind the scenes work by experienced CareAnyware staff. The "kick-off" meeting will set the stage for approximately one month of weekly implementation planning meetings as well as remote training prior to the formal education and training sessions. The weekly meetings will cover topics ranging from Master File set-up and training to organizational structure, security privileges and payor set up.
- Post-Training Partnering - Following the Train-the-Trainer educational sessions, your organization will move quickly in partnership with the CareAnyware Clinical Trainer and Billing Specialist who will guide you in training your clinicians and rapidly transitioning your patients over to CareAnyware, and ultimately, processing claims and posting payments.
