Training is about learning.  And in an industry that is forever changing, CareAnyware views learning as a mission critical process that enables your organization to adapt and thrive.  To support your ongoing training needs, CareAnyware has structured a continuous process to provide training for your organization not just during your implementation, but also long after your team is up and going using CareAnyware.  Our experienced clinicians, billing, and financial personnel will deliver all aspects of CareAnyware training with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges your organization faces every day.

Training is delivered in many formats including face-to-face small classroom-style education led by an experienced CareAnyware Trainer.  However, prior to and following formal classroom education, CareAnyware uses live-remote Webex sessions and e-learning videos to allow training to be provide "just-in-time" based upon trainees' needs and learning experience.  Having the opportunity to practice what you learn shortly after training reinforces the learning experience.  Available e-learning videos can be seen at times most convenient to your team and can be repeated as many times as is needed to include everyone and meet the individualized learning needs of your staff.  This approach also allow the trainees to pool their questions for focused discussions and review with the Trainer during formal training sessions.

During implementation, CareAnyware training is delivered at strategic times in the process to maximize effectiveness and align with other project activities.  Weekly implementation management meetings with your assigned Trainer/Implementation Manager ensure that the "just-in-time" training approach is fully applied, with training opportunities captured and addressed when a key task needs to be done and as questions arise from your team.  Additionally, the CareAnyware Knowledge Base provides a ready resource 24-hours a day 365 days a year for self-education and exploration during and after implementation.

Most importantly, training opportunities do not stop after system implementation is complete.  CareAnyware provides on-going opportunities for education of existing staff who need to learn new application areas or new staff and volunteers that are just coming "on board."  Continuing education opportunities are always available through the same experienced trainers and varying methods of classroom, individual or multi-agency web-ex sessions and e-learning videos.
